Form Owners and Form Admins have the ability to rename their forms to match district naming conventions or use a more descriptive title. The form can be renamed whether the form is in a testing or published status.
How to rename your form
Navigate to the Form Settings page
Under the Form Management section, locate the Rename Form option, and click the Edit button
Update the Form name and click Save
- If your form is associated with other forms, you will see a confirmation message letting you know that all associated forms will be updated to the same form name
Note: Updating your form name does not change the initiation link to your form. Staff can continue using the original link to fill out new submissions.
