You now have the ability to update form roles and permission access in bulk. After a form is set up, you may find that you need to update many users' permission to a particular permission level
In order to update permissions, you must be a form owner or manager. Please ensure you have considered the level of permissions each staff member will need in order to prevent granting access to potentially sensitive information.
How to update permissions in bulk
- Navigate to your form's permissions setting page
- Using the checkboxes, select any or all permissions you'd like to update
- The Bulk Action dropdown menu should become available to select the following options:
- Update Role
This allows you to update all staff to Tracker, Facilitator, or Manager levels of access. - Update Permissions Access
This allows you to update permissions access based on your form's to All or specific submissions such as site or department. - Remove Access
This allows you to remove permissions for the selected staff.
- Update Role
- You should see a pop-up window to select the updated role or permission and confirm your changes.
