Form Owners, Managers, and Admins have the permissions to reopen forms that have been denied. If you don’t have this access, you’ll need to contact someone in your district who does. If you’re not sure who that is, please contact Support for assistance.
To reopen a denied form, you can follow these steps:
1. Navigate to your form's responses page.
2. Find and the denied form that you want to reopen and click it to view it.
3. Click on the Admin Tools button in the top right corner.
4. Select Unlock & Resend.
Note: This will send an email notification to the recipient or the approver at the step where the form was denied. If other edits are needed, you can use the Send Back For Corrections feature.
