Users who use autofill while filling out or approving forms may experience errors, such as incorrect data being populated or existing information being replaced. To prevent these errors, we recommend not using autofill on Informed K12. You can disable autofill either on an individual basis or district-wide.

- Open Chrome.
- Click the Chrome menu icon (three dots) at the top right of the browser toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Click Autofill and passwords in the side menu.
- Click each section to toggle off autofill for passwords, payment methods, addresses, and phone numbers.
Disable autofill for an individual on Microsoft Edge
- Open Microsoft Edge.
- Click Settings (gear icon) at the bottom right of the side menu.
- Search "autofill."
- Click Personal info and toggle off autofill settings
- When done, click the back arrow.
- Click Passwords and toggle off autofill settings.
Disable autofill as an Admin on Chrome
- Navigate to admin.google.com and under Chrome Browser, select Settings
- Search for “Autofill”
