Users who are logged into their accounts and have approvers or have higher-level permissions on the form will determine if a user was logged in when accessing the form. This will reflect in the form history and when downloading the form’s audit trail.
Note: An account is not required to initiate or approve a form.
- Navigate to the Form’s History page.
Under the user’s information for each event, there will be a Logged in indicator. If the user is logged out, this will be left blank.
