In order to access Informed K12, your browser must meet the minimum version requirements. By keeping your browser current, you will also have the best possible experience when filling out and managing your forms. Below are the minimum browsers that we support:

• Safari: Version 15.8.2
• Chrome: Version 85.0.4183.120
• Firefox: Version 115.0
• Edge: Version 119.0.2151.92

You will find the instructions to update your specific browser. You may need to contact your district's IT department to assist with updating your browser. 

How to update Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome on your device.
2. Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner.
3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. Click About Chrome from the left-hand menu.
5. Chrome will automatically check for updates and download them if available.
6. Click Relaunch to apply the update.

How to update Mozilla Firefox

1. Open Firefox on your device.
2. Click the three horizontal lines in the top-right corner and select Settings.
3. Go to the General section.
4. In the Firefox Updates section, click Check for updates.
5. If an update is found, Firefox will download it automatically. Click Restart to update Firefox once it's done.

How to update Safari

Safari updates are included with macOS system updates. Here’s how to ensure your Safari browser is up to date:

1. Click the Apple menu () in the upper-left corner.
2. Select System Settings or System Preferences, depending on your macOS version.
3. Click Software Update.
4. If an update is available, select Update Now to install the latest version of macOS, which includes the latest Safari version.

How to update Microsoft Edge

1. Open Edge on your device.
2. Click the three horizontal dots in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
3. In the left-hand menu, select About Microsoft Edge.
4. Edge will automatically search for updates and download any available.
5. Click Restart to finalize the update.
