Form Owners, Managers, and Admins have the permissions to re-route a form to a different approver that is on the same step. If you don’t have this access, you’ll need to contact someone in your district who does. If you’re not sure who that is, please contact Support for assistance.
If a form was sent to the wrong step entirely (i.e. a routing question was answered incorrectly), it will need to be sent back for corrections to re-route.
Re-route a form to another approver from the Responses Page
- Log into your account and navigate to your form's responses page.
- Find the specific form you need to re-route.
- Once you find the specific form, click on the menu (three dots) on the right side of the submission and select Change Approver
- A window will pop up. Find the correct approver using the search bar or by selecting them from the list of available approvers for that step, and click the Change Approver button.
Re-route a form to another approver from the Submission
- Log into your account and navigate to your form's responses page.
- Find the specific submission and click on it to open it.
- Click on the Admin Tools button in the top right corner.
