If you do not have Form Owner or Form Manager or Facilitator access...
You will need to contact someone at your district who has Form Manager access to the form. If you're not sure who that is, or whether you have Form Manager access, please contact Support.
If you have Form Owner or Form Manager access...
1. Log into your account and navigate to your forms and submissions.
2. On the submitted forms page, click on the completed form you want to reopen to view it
3. While viewing the completed form, click on the Admin Tools button in the top right corner
4. Select Unlock & Resend.
Note: This will send an email notification to either the recipient of the form if the form does not have an approval route, or the last approver in the approval route. If you need someone else to edit the form, you might have to both Unlock & Resend the form and then Send back for Corrections. Click here to see how to send a form back for corrections.
