You can find different statuses for submitted forms that are pending. You can find the statuses in the table of submitted forms under the Pending tab.
- Log in to your account and navigate to your form's responses page.
- Scroll down to the table of submitted forms. You can find the form status listed in the second column.
Submitted form statuses
The person who the form was sent to has not yet opened the form to start filling it out.
The person who the form was sent to has opened the form but has not filled anything out yet.
The person has started filling out the form but is not ready to submit, so they have used “Save Progress” feature to return to the form later.
This status means the person this form is waiting on did not submit their form to the next step. You can send them a reminder to finish submitting their form. See how to send a reminder here.
The person did not receive the form because of an invalid email address. You should update the recipient's email and then send a reminder for that form.
This is when a new user is added to a group. A form is not sent automatically and you will need to send a reminder to generate their notification. See how to send a reminder here.
The person has filled out the form entirely and submitted it.
The form was previously submitted, then reopened because it was sent back to a previous recipient for edits/corrections.
The person has been sent a reminder to complete their outstanding form.
