Form Owners and Form Admins can add an extra layer of protection to their form by requiring that initiators and approvers are logged into their Informed K12 account in order to access and engage with the form.
Note: An account is not required to initiate or approve a form. We recommend checking with your district’s People Admin to ensure all district employees have been set up with an account.
How to require that the initiator verify their email address
- Navigate to your form's Settings Page.
- Next to Require Login, click the Click to Enable button
