Form Owners and Form Admins will now be able to set a duration for long links are valid for initiators and approvers. All tokenized links will expire after 6 months by default, but this can be customized through the form settings.

Note: When the tokenized link has expired, users will have the option to request a new link to be sent to them via email.

To customize the expiration length, you can follow these steps: 

1. Navigate to your form's Settings Page.
   
2. Under Token Expiration, you can use the dropdown to select the timeframe that you want your tokenized links to expire.
   
3. Click Save.
