Note: To use this feature, you must have an account. If don't have one, please contact your district's Informed K12 administrator.
All users with an account can copy initiator data from forms you have access to create a new form. Note that the copy feature is only available for routed forms, and only text, dropdown, and checkbox information is copied over. After you copy the data, you can still change any information you need. You can find the two ways you can access this feature below. Alternatively, you can Auto-Fill information from your last form you submitted instead.

How to copy the initiator data from the responses page
- Log into your account.
- Navigate to your form's responses page.
- On the responses page, find the form you want to copy.
- Click on the three-dots at the far right to expand the menu options and select Copy form.
5. Fill in your name and email information and click "Go to Form"
6. Review the information copied. You will have the option to reset the form data if needed
7. Once you are ready, you can Save Progress or submit your form.
How to copy the initiator data from a specific form
- Log into your account.
- Find and open the form you want to copy.
- You should notice a "Copy" option available at the top section of the form.
4. Fill in your name and email information and click "Go to Form"
5. Review the information copied. You will have the option to reset the form data if needed
6. Once you are ready, you can Save Progress or submit your form.
