Best Practices for Attachment Files
While most file types are supported (e.g., jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, tiff, pdf, doc, docx, txt, xls, xlsm, xlsx, csv, msg), the following best practices can improve accessibility and processing speed:
-
Use Image Files When Possible:
Image attachments (e.g., jpgs) are the easiest for district form managers to access, as they can be included when forms are downloaded or printed in bulk.-
If your files are in other formats, consider capturing them as screenshots or taking a photo of your document and uploading it as an image.
-
Non-image formats may require individual downloads, which could delay form processing.
-
-
Attach Files Individually:
If you experience loading delays, try uploading your files one at a time to avoid interruptions. -
Be Mindful of Attachment Limits:
There is a limit to the number of attachments you can add, typically between 10–15 items depending on file size.- If you reach the limit, contact Support to get in touch with your district form manager for guidance on the best next steps.
