Once you have submitted a form, only district staff with manager or higher access can edit the form or return the form back to you.

- Please contact the owner of the form at your school district. This is often the person who sent you the form.
- Provide the owner with the details of your submitted form and ask them to send it back to you.
- If you do not know who the owner of the form is, please contact Support and provide the details of your submitted form.

- Log in to your account and navigate to your form's responses page.
- On the responses page, choose the section Pending from the status sidebar (for more information on finding forms, view article: Search for specific forms).
- Use the search bar to type in the name of the person who submitted the form.
- Click on the submitted form to open up the form itself. You will be able to make edits on behalf of the current approver. If you need to edit the form on a step other than the current step, or a different approver on a separate step needs to edit the form, proceed to the next step.
- Click the red I have reviewed this form button and choose Request corrections.
- Choose the previous recipient who needs to edit the form and provide some information about why you are returning the form for edits. Click Request Corrections. The recipient will then receive an email to access the form, edit, and re-submit if necessary.

- Log in to your account and navigate to your form's responses page.
- On the responses page, choose the section Completed from the status sidebar (for more information on finding forms, view article: Search for specific forms).
- Use the search bar to type in the name of the person who submitted the form.
- Click on the submitted form to open up the form itself.
- Under Admin Tools button in the upper right corner, click Unlock & Resend. The recipient will then receive an email to access the form, edit, and re-submit if necessary.
