You can link to another website straight from your form. This is often helpful for providing a link to policies or reference materials.
Note: This article applies to Form Owners and Form Admins only; Please contact your district people admin or other point of contact if you believe you should have form creator access.
- Add a static text field (shown below) where you would like your link to appear. In the static text field, type the text that you would like to display as your link, such as "Click here to view policy."
- Click on the static text field to open the grey field settings box. Add an underline that will show up just under the text on your pdf. Underneath URL click edit and type in the website address for your link. You'll want to make sure to begin the web address with https://
- Click Save.
- The static text will now be a clickable link for those filling out the form.
Editing Existing Links
You can edit existing links in your form by clicking into the text field on your form and then clicking on the pencil at the end of the web address in the grey box.
Once you make these edits, click Save at the top right of your form to save this change to your form.
