Routed group forms combine the functionality of our group forms to send a form to a list of recipients and track completion rates, and add an approval route with additional functionality such as Routing questions and Bulk approval.
Note: This article applies to account holders with form creator access; Please contact your district people admin or another point of contact if you believe you should have form creator access.
Types of group forms supported:
Simple group Form |
Group Form with a single recipient per submission |

All At Once Group Form |
Group Form with up to 4 recipients receiving the submission simultaneously |
✅ Routed group form is supported |
Sequential Group Form |
Group Form with up to 4 recipients receiving the submission sequentially |
🚫 Routed group form is NOT supported |
Note: At this time, routed group forms do not support test approvers and can't be copied to create a new form
- Follow these steps to create your group form.

Ensure that your new group form is in Test mode.
- Navigate to the View Route or Approvers/ CC tabs to Add a Step to your Group Form.
- Follow these steps to add or remove steps to your form.
- Please take a moment to edit your form's document and assign fields to your new steps as necessary.
