You can browse your submitted forms in the status side panel
- Log in to your account and navigate to your form's responses page.
- There is a status side panel on the left. Click on a section, such as Completed, to browse through statuses. Sections you can browse:
- All: shows you all pending and completed forms.
- Pending: shows you all forms that haven't yet been completed.
- Completed: shows you all forms that have been completed.
- Denied: shows you all forms that have been denied.
- Archived: shows you all forms that have been archived.
How to search for submitted forms
- Log in to your account and navigate to your form's responses page.
- On the responses page, there is a search box in the middle of the page. Enter your search terms.
Note: You can search by any field that you can see on the submissions page (not all the fields on the form). It is only searching through the forms with that particular status (Pending, Completed, etc.) - Look through the results. If you don’t find your submitted form, you can switch the section in the sidebar. Select All to search through all the pending and completed forms. Select the Archived section to search archived forms.
How to filter submitted forms
- Log in to your account and navigate to your form's responses page.
- On the responses page, there are filtering options below the search bar.
Default filters are:
- Last Activity / Completed - When the form was sent or completed.
- Form For - Who the form was filled out for (e.g. student name)
- Recipient - The person who receives a form to fill out (e.g. parent name). If there was an issue notifying the recipient, an error status will be shown here.
- Description - You can add any fields from your form as a custom description. To do that, please contact Support.
How to sort submitted forms
- Log in to your account and navigate to your form's responses page.
- On the responses page, there are column headers above the table of submitted forms. Click on the column header name, such as Completed or Waiting On, to reorder the submitted forms below. Clicking on the column will sort the forms in ascending or descending order.
