Once you have submitted a form, only district staff with higher level access to your form can edit the form or return the form back to you.
- Please contact the owner of the form at your school district. This is often the person who sent you the form.
- Provide the owner with the details of your submitted form and ask them to send it back to you.
- If you do not know who the owner of the form is, please contact Support and provide the details of your submitted form.
