At this time, only users who have Form Owner or Form Manager access are able to cancel forms directly.
If you are a case manager who designated the route to a form and now need to cancel it, you can make this request through Support and we can assist! This includes cancelling submissions that you no longer need.
Otherwise, you will need to contact someone at your district who has Form Manager access to the form. If you're not sure who that is, or whether you have Form Manager access, please contact Support as well.
