You can see the completion rate for Tracked Group Forms and Routed Group Forms if you have permissions to the form.

Note:In order to see a form's completion rate, you must have facilitator level permissions or higher. To request this level of access, you can reach out to a form's owner or manager.

1. Log in to your account and navigate to your form's responses page.
2. You should see the completion rate at the bottom of your sidebar, under the name of your form. The completion rate represents the number of pending forms divided by the total forms sent for that form.
