You can either allow or require that those submitting a new form upload an attachment to the form.
Note:This article applies to form creators only; Please contact your district people admin or other point of contact if you believe you should have form creator access.

- Click on the Advanced Options drop-down menu next to the toolbar at the top.
- At the bottom, next to Attachments, click either the "Allow?" or "Require!" checkbox depending on whether you'd like to simply allow attachments, or require that the person starting the form uploads an attachment. Note: Approvers may also upload attachments if either of these options is selected.
- Click Save.
