Prior to your form going live, we strongly advise testing your approval route. If there are changes that need to be made to the steps of the workflow, you can reach out to us via the Support widget and we can assist with these changes then.
Once your form goes live and you begin collecting submissions, changes are ill-advised. Adding, deleting or moving steps in the approval route can affect pending submissions. This is because doing so makes it difficult to keep the integrity of these submitted forms that are in progress.
If you are still testing your form or absolutely must change your approval route, please contact Support to discuss workarounds and possible form refreshes to meet your needs.
