There are several different permission levels that district staff can have for a particular online form. The table below summarizes all of these, and provides an overview of what each one can do. Not everyone needs an account. Read below for more information about who needs an account.

Who needs an account?
- Most form initiators do not need an account. They can simply click on the form link to submit a new form. Form links are typically sent out via email, and/or posted on the district website or internal staff site.
- Accounts are only recommended for high-volume approvers (If that's you, you can sign up for an account here). Other approvers can approve forms using the form link they receive via email and do not need an account.
- Form Owners and those with Form Manager & View-only access do need an account. When someone is given Form Manager or View-only access to the form by the Owner, they will automatically receive an email with instructions for setting up their account, if they don't have one already.
Full-access vs. limited access...
- Those with Form Manager or View-only access can either have full access to all submitted forms, or limited access to certain submitted forms (e.g. for their school or department). Please contact Support to define limited access settings for your form.
For instructions on how to give or change someone's access to a form you own, see article: Give others access to manage/view forms.
If you are not the Form Owner and would like to request a higher level of access to the form, please contact the form's owner. If you're not sure who that is, please contact Support!
