If you are a Form Owner or Form Manager, you can send an email reminder to all recipients that have not completed your form. This is recommended for increasing the completion rates for Tracked Group Forms.
- Login to your account
- On the main Active Forms page, click on your form to go to the submitted forms page.
- Click on Settings in the status sidebar on the left
- Click the Send button next to the reminders section.
- On the next page, you can modify the subject line or the content of your email reminder.
- If you want to test your reminder, you can send a test email to yourself.
- Click Send to email the reminder to the recipients selected below.
- You'll see a confirmation screen after sending your reminders.
